After about one and half month i finished the game. It was a good experience and i think it is a very good game. I like how the game is structured when it comes to progression and game design. I played the game on my switch 2, so I bought the switch 2 edition and it was a good experience. I haven’t compared with the switch 1 edition of the game but I like the version I have played through.
The game looks so good and the game environment is so detailed and interesting. Even if parts of the game is a bit repetitive it is fine and some parts are walking back and forth with some grind. I would recommend the game if you like metroidvanias in 3D. I have played most of the released metroid games. And I really like Prime 4 and Dread before that. Both are solid games with many hours of fun and some frustration.
I did play most of the game handheld and it worked really good. With the switch 1 i always disliked playing in handheld mode. There was something off with playing handheld on the switch 1, maybe the difference is that the screen is larger but i also like the ergonomics better. It feels easier to hold and play longer sessions. I have really been playing on my switch 2 a bit everywhere by now nad I really like it. Now I have to see what will be my next game. I didn’t think I would play through prime 4 this quick but I don’t mind.
